Data analysis was demonstrated using various evaluation methods and hints were given about the kind of conclusions concerning the structure of the nanocomposites. Data originate from conventional radiation sources and a synchrotron radiation source of HASYLAB in Hamburg, the quality of which was constantly increased during the experimental period. This chapter is as well a documentation of the progress going on in one of the fields of polymer physics. Concerning the progress in the method development, the next goal to achieve will be the multidimensional quantitative analysis of the extracted morphological information. One of the big experimental goals concerning the study of poly(ether ester)s would certainly be the study of the kinetics of sample relaxation. Test measurements showed that, to this purpose, the current radiation sources and detectors appear to be too slow. So, the answer to this question has to be postponed until an X-ray free electron laser (XFEL) is available.
